Living in the heart of Bubenec district

The C. S. armady street is located in a quiet area of district Prague 6 in the current residential area. You will find all public amenities at one place. The shopping arcades, famous cafes and restaurants, galleries, well known theatres. Kindergarten, primary school and campus of the Czech Technical University too, all of these located very close.

There is „Letenske sady“ city park in this area (distant approx.. 700 m), the ideal place for relaxation, where you will experience the unforgettable view of the night Prague. Equally distant are the extensive green areas of the Royal Park, known as „Stromovka” city park today, or the historical area of Hradcany. If you want to have some rest from the city's hustle, there is nothing easier than visiting the Sarka valley, that is reachable within 10 minutes

Transport accessibility

This quiet area is only 10 minutes away from the city centre. The Cs. armady street is located close to two of the underground stations.

The tram stop „Vitezne namesti“ is within the walking distance, 300 m approx. After you will drive through the area of Hradcany and pass via the Letna tunnel, you will get right to the city’s centre.

Introductory word of the architect

The main idea of The Gotthard Yard project has been a prestigious housing in traditionally designed building, a part of house of flats located in Prague 6 district, in the area of Bubenec. The intention, designed by the team of international specialists, combines the legacy of Old Prague housing with a traditional, yet modern concept. A strong emphasis is placed to the interior living space, which shows a proper significant symmetry to the historical craft and architectural details. This forms significantly the comfort of living itself, freshens up the timeless materials such as brass, bleached oak and terazzo.

The unique features of this project are newly built „loft flats” and „townhouses“, which are fully connected to the everywhere present green areas. These are noticeably affecting the outdoor area, which consists of a large recreation garden with mid-high and high green. It creates a rest area with relaxing spot for new residents and users. And it is this combination of the exterior appearance with a traditional typology of housing and traditional period materials used what makes this project so unique.

Purchase and financing process:

Reservation contract,
lodging of 3% of CZK

Preliminary agreement for purchase contract, lodging of 20% of CZK within 30 days from the conclusion (signature) of the contract

Purchase contract, to repay the purchase price within 30 days from final approval of the property
